This Privacy Policy explains how ManyWords handles information when you use the app and website.
Information the app uses
- Gameplay progress, settings, scores, completed daily grids, archive entries, achievements, and hint balances may be stored on your device.
- If cloud sync features are enabled, some app progress may sync through Apple platform services or Cody1 cloud sync features so your play state can be restored.
- If you use Game Center, Apple may process your Game Center profile, leaderboard submissions, achievements, and related activity under Apple's own privacy terms.
- If ads are shown, Google Mobile Ads may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and ad interaction data according to your iOS privacy settings and Google's policies.
Information the website uses
The marketing website is a static site. It does not require an account and does not include a contact form. Your browser may send standard request information, such as IP address and user agent, to Cloudflare so the website can be served securely.
How information is used
- To save game progress and preferences.
- To show results, archive history, achievements, and shareable grid links.
- To submit eligible scores to Game Center leaderboards.
- To show ads or rewarded ad experiences where available.
- To diagnose app issues when you contact support.

- Google Mobile Ads.
- Cloudflare Pages for website hosting.
Your controls
- Use in-app settings to control ManyWords audio and gameplay preferences.
- Use iOS Settings to control Game Center, app permissions, tracking, and advertising preferences.
- Delete the app to remove local app data from your device. Some information held by Apple, Google, or Cloudflare is controlled by those providers.
Children
ManyWords is intended for a general audience. The app is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
